AI for Executives: Lead from the Front
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your registration in and participation in AI for Executives: Lead from the Front (the "Program"), a live virtual executive education cohort delivered by Ingenuity Labs and Seven Dimensions (together, the "Operators"). By submitting a registration request, completing payment, or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
A separate Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By submitting a registration request or participating in the Program, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
By submitting a registration request for the Program, completing payment, or participating in any Program session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
If you are registering on behalf of another individual or an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to submit the registration request and, where applicable, bind that individual or organization to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register for or participate in the Program. If you have questions before registering, please contact us at rachel.k@aiforexecutives.ca.
AI for Executives: Lead from the Front is an 8-session live virtual professional development program designed for senior executives and leaders at the VP through C-suite level.
The Operators reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to the Program schedule, session content, or delivery format, and will provide participants with reasonable notice of any material changes.
The Program is intended for senior business leaders, typically VP, Director, or C-suite, from organizations of any size or sector. Participants do not need a technical background.
Submitting a registration request does not guarantee acceptance into the Program or reserve a confirmed seat. Registration requests are reviewed by the Operators to ensure cohort fit, seat availability, and payment readiness.
After submitting a registration request, applicants will receive a response by email within 3 business days to approve registration and confirm payment details. A seat is confirmed only after the Operators have approved the registration and received full payment.
The Operators reserve the right to decline a registration request at their discretion. If any payment has been received for a declined registration, that payment will be refunded in full.
Each confirmed seat is non-transferable except as provided in Section 5 (Seat Transfers).
The Program fee for Cohort 1 is $2,497 CAD per seat + applicable sales taxes.
For organizational registrations, the following volume pricing is available:
Payment instructions are provided by email after registration approval. Payment is due in full after approval and before the participant's seat is confirmed.
Receipts will be issued by email following successful payment.
Applicable Canadian federal and provincial taxes, including GST/HST where required by law, will be added to the Program fee.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to rachel.k@aiforexecutives.ca.
Requests received on or before June 16, 2026 are eligible for a full refund.
Requests received between June 17–30, 2026 are eligible for either a 50% refund or a full credit toward a future cohort.
Requests received between July 1–6, 2026 are eligible for a credit toward a future cohort only.
Once Session 1 has taken place on July 7, 2026, no refunds or credits will be issued.
A participant may transfer their seat to a colleague at no cost, provided the transfer is requested in writing before July 7, 2026.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days.
The Program is a professional learning environment. All participants are expected to engage respectfully with facilitators and fellow cohort members. The Operators reserve the right to remove a participant from the Program, without refund, if their conduct is disruptive, abusive, or discriminatory.
You agree to keep confidential any information shared by other participants during the Program that is not otherwise publicly available. This obligation survives the conclusion of the Program.
Participants may not record any Program session without the prior written consent of the Operators and all participants who appear in the recording.
All curriculum materials, frameworks, slide decks, written guides, exercises, worksheets, and templates ("Program Materials") are the intellectual property of Ingenuity Labs and Seven Dimensions, jointly. All rights are reserved.
As a registered participant, you are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use Program Materials for your own professional development and internal business purposes. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works.
Sessions are recorded via Microsoft Teams. By participating in the Program, you consent to being recorded during live sessions.
Recordings are shared privately and exclusively with participants enrolled in the same cohort. They are not published publicly or shared with any third party without separate written consent.
Recordings are deleted 90 days after the final session of the cohort.
The Program incorporates AI tools as part of the curriculum. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for what you input into any AI tools used during the Program, that AI-generated outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate, and that use of third-party AI tools is subject to each tool's own terms and privacy policy.
The Program is an educational experience, not professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: the Operators' aggregate liability shall not exceed total fees paid; the Operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; and the Operators shall not be liable for technical failures of third-party platforms.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ingenuity Labs, Seven Dimensions, and their respective owners, officers, and employees from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, violation of applicable law, or conduct during the Program.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia. Before commencing formal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt resolution informally within 30 days.
The Operators may update these Terms from time to time. For registered participants, material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
If you have questions about these Terms, wish to request a refund or seat transfer, or need to report a concern, please contact:
